What’s Happening in East Central Missouri May 11 – May 17, 2026

Get ready for another week of fun events in and around Franklin County. This weekend it’s the Art & Wine Fest in downtown Washington, Scenic Regional Library is also having its spring book sale this week, plus this Saturday St. Andrews subdivision in Union is having its annual community yard sale, plus a trivia night, craft event, a Mental Health Conference, live music, and much more.

Just a short drive away there’s the 74th annual Hermann Maifest happening this Saturday, a beer festival at the Daniel Boone Home in Defiance, a patriotic celebration at Brookdale Farms in Eureka, and a lot more.

Remember to double check with event venues before heading out just in case an event gets canceled or rescheduled.

What’s Happening in East Central Missouri May 4 – May 10, 2026

This week there’s ways to celebrate Mom with brunches, markets, and more. Then there are community festivals this weekend like Founders Day in Union and Miller’s Landing Day in New Haven. If you’re feeling crafty, there’s a create your own lightsaber event at the Washington Public Library, and a craft fair at the St. Clair KC Hall.

There’s also chances to hear free live music at Music on Main in Union, and the first Sunset on the Rails of the season in Pacific. Another free music event is the ECC Pops concert that brings together East Central College, The Pride of Washington High School, Saint Louis University, and Lindenwood University for a performance at the Washington Fairgrounds.

Remember to double check with event venues before heading out just in case an event gets canceled or rescheduled.

What’s Happening in East Central Missouri March 23 – March 29, 2026

The Easter bunny is hopping into Franklin County this week! There are bunny-themed breakfasts, Easter-themed activities, games, and more happening around the area. There are also egg hunts for kids, teens, and the young at heart!

In addition to the Easter festivities, there are craft events, a pop culture trivia night, the first farmers market & craft fair of the season at Kaleidoscope Consignment in Pacific, plus this weekend it’s the 45th Annual Wurstfest in nearby Hermann, a mother-daughter event at Brookdale Farms in Eureka, the Outdoor Spring Flea Market at Half Crocked Antiques in Bourbon, and much more.

Whether you’re a wee bit excited for the upcoming holiday or you’re ready to slip into your leprechaun outfit, these nine drink menus are sure to have you dancing a jig!

The menu features items that will appeal to coffee and tea drinkers alike with the Pot of Gold latte, Leapin’ Leprechaun Cold Brew, Irish Apple Chai, Lucky Charms Latte, and Shamrock Frappe.
